Question:
How do I obtain Building Code Violations, certificate of Occupancy and approved site plans for a property?
Answer:
Use the City of Jacksonville web page to obtain and print the information about building code violations, COs or permit details:
Navigate to the
Permit and Inspection system
Start by selecting Guest Sign In
Complete the reCaptcha validation.
For Violations, Search for (Top Left) Code Enforcement by Address.
Enter a complete street name but leave the unit number blank and it will pull up the information for all units at that address.
For Permits, Search for (Top Left) Permits by Address.
The address number is your link to the permits or Building code enforcement details.
The permit number is your link to permit details.
